Location was perfect and the little town is great.

Not a bad experience, more like meh. Obviously, we were paying for the location. Off season and we paid $419 for an experience that should have been around $200.

Functional, nice modern room complete with a balcony and the AC, as for instance. It has MARVELLOUS and incredible location to the vineyards.

The bathrooms are old.

Modern room designs contrasted with inconsistent communication on reservation changes.

Too noisy...heating turned on and was noisy..stool in bathroom flushed by itself..sorry wrong place..but I loved the atmoshere and would definitelt stay again...

Great breakfast included with price. Outstanding location. Service-oriented from beginning to end.

Only partial glass partitions surrounding shower area. Cloth curtain in place on a door on closet.

The king room was luxurious and super comfy, with complimentary snacks that were always restocked. Breakfast was a delicious buffet. The staff was so friendly, especially when we wanted some extra items to enjoy with our champagne. Plus, the location was perfect, surrounded by cute restaurants and only a short drive to fine wineries.

The styling of the hotel and the rooms were fine and modern, nice pool area, and delicious breakfast

But we had a big problem with the noise in our double room, bad Isolation, couldn´t sleep because of the traffic noise from the junction; and the management of the Hotel ignored our complaint although the problem is known

Tegan made our stay a bright star. The location, grounds and breakfast were delightful.

The lighting in the rooms along with the green paint was a strain on the eyes. The housekeeping was not up to par. Room was not cleaned on the first day and the iron was broken and it took 2 calls to get a new one.

Luxurious room, generous breakfast, with complimentary high-quality snacks that were regularly replenished and a prime location to explore the area.

Location to shops restaurants and wineries excellent.

Noise of fan on low setting is very loud. Only good thing is it drowned out the street car noises and inner courtyard talking. Windows dont block out noise. Found it funny to have city noise in wine country. But great location and staff was the tradeoff

Hotel in in great position in town, the rooms were very comfortable, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Well-appointed rooms with sleek and modern designs, clever touches include in-room high-quality coffee machines. Scenic location right in downtown, offering easy access to wine country activities with numerous tasting rooms and restaurants just a short stroll away.

Caught some noise issues from outside music, particularly noticeable during late nights which might be a dealbreaker for light sleepers. Several guests reported inconsistent hot water availability, especially during busy shower hours-might be worth checking before diving in after a long day of wine tasting.

The front office staff were rude and unhelpful. No hot water in shower of suite. Tardy room make up. In general not a good experience and we are well travelled guests. Very disappointing.
